Lakes & Dams Committee

The community's lakes and ponds are a source of enjoyment for all! The members of the Lakes Committee meet occasionally to assess and discuss the health of each lake/pond, fish stocking, water levels, and potential issues such as leaking, etc., among other things. They then report their findings and recommendations, if any, to the Board.

If you are interested in joining the Lakes Committee, please let one of the members or Board members know!

Roads Committee

Members of the Roads Committee meet once per quarter to assess and discuss the conditions of the roads within the community. The committee Chair will then report any maintenance needs and/or recommendations to the Board, since road maintenance is the responsibility of the POA.

The Board is in need of Volunteers for the Roads Committee at this time! Please reach out to any board member if you are interested in being a part of the Roads Committee!

STR Committee

Short-Term Rental (STR) of a home is allowed in 4D Country Estates by those property owners whose ownership deed was recorded in Wood County on or before October 3, 2022, provided the policies and procedures, registration thereof, etc. are complied with. Applicable documents and instructions can be found by clicking on the buttons below.

Property Preservation Committee

Tree Preservation in the 4D Community has been a priority since the founding family offered the land as a camping and country resort destination. Keeping the natural, wooded surroundings intact, plus our beautiful walking trails and common areas, was and is still so important to all owners and visitors, that a Restrictive Covenant was established. It states that NO TREES LARGER THAN 7 INCHES IN DIAMETER SHALL BE CUT ON ANY LOT WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING THE CONSENT OF THE COMMITTEE. Tree removal should be kept to a minimum and consent sought for reasons such as being diseased or dead, or in the immediate area that a dwelling will be built.

If you are committed to the cause and so inclined to serve on this Committee, please seek out and talk with a member or Board member about joining!

Welcoming Committee

The Welcoming Committee will reach out to and visit with all new owner members to welcome them to the 4D Country Estates Community and provide them with the information needed in regard to the POA and everything it entails.

New members are always welcome, speak to the Chair or a Board member to express your interest in joining!
