Community Center Reservations

If you would like to reserve the Community Center for a baby shower, game night, choir practice, or other type of event, please complete the request form to the right, no later than one week prior to the date of your event.  Be sure to allow for at least a half hour prior and a half hour after your actual event start and end times for set up and clean up when entering your start and end times.

The center will be unlocked and air/heat and water turned on for you approximately 15 minutes prior to your start time, and locked back up no later than 15 minutes after your end time.

You will need to bring your own decorations, plates, utensils, cups, napkins, etc. if serving food, trash bags and whatever else is needed for your event. You may rearrange the room, but before leaving, please return items to the original places you found them, clean up, and take your trash with you to place in your own trash bin.
